Germany won yesterday and it seems so surreal. That winning goal by Gotze was so beautiful, it did make me cry. Anyhow, we fucking won. I’ve been waiting 8 years for this. Sorry for being so late to immerse in the Football world passionately but now, it seems all those sleepless nights have been paid off. We are Asian and because of the time zones, all matches in FIFA 2014 were scheduled in the middle of the night. I am not going to post any long review whatsoever, I’m here just to express my happiness and say thanks to Deutschland team for making this thing happened. It was indeed beautiful.

Here is my public apology to Gotze for underestimating you since the first match you appeared in the group match again Portugal. It was not my fault entirely because you did miss some of the passing and you seem off in field. Anyway, you proved me wrong. That particular goal is the reason we won and we didn’t end this world cup with penalty shoot-out.

To my bias in the team (captain o captain) Phillip Lahm, You are amazing as always. You are small (Don’t worry, in Asian countries, you quite tall! I can assure you) compared to others but man, you played strategically. You always managed to outsmart them and this height thing suits well to your advantage. I did cry when I know you got married at 2010 (not that I have any chance, I know that— am just being a delusional fangirl).

Congrats to Miroslav Klose for breaking the record of Top Scorer held by Ronaldo previously. It has been a great journey seeing you played on the field since 2006. You did extremely well in every game that you played and for that, you deserved the title.

For the other players, you guys are the best. None of this would happen without all of you. Sami Khedira, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Mesut Ozil, Tony Kroos, Thomas Muller, Per Mertesacker, Manuel Neuer, Lukas Podolski, Mario Gotze, Mats Hummels, Jerome Boateng, Benedikt Howedes, Andre Schurrle and others who  are not mentioned here because I forgot your name and too lazy to do some ‘google’.

Joachim Low, I have no other words for you except ‘You are the man!’.

If any of you missed the match and wanted to watch it, the torrent link is already been uploaded in the torrent site like Piratebay and Kickass. Please knock yourself out with some of the great match by Germany. If it was up to me, Germany vs. Portugal, Germany Vs. Ghana, Germany Vs. Algeria and Germany Vs. Argentina would have been my favorite match to repeat. It was thrilling and in the same time, scary (but in a good way). In my opinion, the disappointing performance by Germany is at quarter finals match againt France actually because I am kind of expected they would score more goals given the previous excellent results. Screw my comment on that, the stunning header by Hummels did advance the team to Semi Finals. For Germany Vs. Brazil, It was great seeing Germany destroyed Brazil 7-1. If you wanted to see 4 goals in 6 minutes, this is the match you are looking for. It is not in my recommendable list because I think it would have been different if Neymar is in the match. I know Germany is great in the team-work department but Neymar might manage to shake that factor. Oh, I forgot to mention about the match whereby Germany vs. United States. Hmmmmmm. No comment, I guess. I should re-watch it back to give any comment because when I watched it, the screen froze a few times. That is not a smart decision to watch that match online but what to do, the television is not available at that time. On the other hands, Internet Speed in Malaysia is very shitty and slow. It takes more than 5 minutes to reconnect back and next time I know, Muller already scored 1 goal against United States.

Germany Won Yet I felt Like I Am Losing…

German’s victory against Brazil is something i should celebrate right now. My favorite team advanced themselves in the final and i myself waited 8 years long for this. Seeing Brazil defence gone loopy without their formidable captain, Thiago and star player, Neymar is unforgettable. 4 goals in 6 minutes is not something bound to happen especially it occurred in the first half of 30 minutes. CAN YOU IMAGINE IT? THE FIRST 5 GOALS just send Germany to play in much more precision and well-coordinated position. They are already secured their place in the Final Match of World cup, For god sake. Germany accidentally drove so many Brazillian fans cried last night. As a fan, I would like to thank Mueller, Klose, Kroos, Khedira and Schurrle for that 7 beautiful goals in that match.

HOWEVER…..

The tension and crisis occurred in Middle-east especially Palestine and Iraq is something you cant dismissed and put it all aside like its nothing. The number of death is increasing and the political unrest is not showing any sign to cease. While we are celebrating and cheering for our team on TV or Laptop screens, People in certain areas are fighting for their life.

Is it depressing? it is depressing to see the fatalities and injuries of civilians there are rising. The World somehow turned into the blind eyes and ignored whatever happened there. What is more worst is reading the comments of how Palestinians always loved to play a victim whenever this kind of things happened. This is not a time to feel who played a victim or not, the human rights is on violation and we should unite in one voice on condemning this kind of inhumane action. The atrocities committed is too damn high. NO matter what religion you professed on, Killing innocent human beings is not something we should support. .

Now, tell me how can i celebrate Germany’s winning when there are kids in Gaza cried beside their parent’s dead bodies, parents mourning over their children’s death, Husband claimed the deceased body as his wife and Wife told the authority that the disfigured dead body was her own husband. TELL ME.

[ It Was A Good Game But….] – Germany 4 – 0 Portugal

It was a good game but….

Okay, Germany Won and I am so Fucking happy. Still, I felt sad for Portugal. I actually hoping them to score 1 or 2 after Germany put its 4th goal. Do not doubt my loyalty to Germany, i just want to see Portugal put up a good fight, that’s all. Anyway, listening to the commentators after the first half time time ended, it makes me wanted to write a bit about this match. Besides Portugal suddenly lose their direction after Thomas Muller scored his penalty, the referee seems bias against Portugal. I dont know why i felt it (after doing some research via google, i found out i am not alone). Even other Germany’s fans did admit its true. You know why i dont like bias referee? Thats because i cant felt wholly good anymore especially when we are the winning team. It can be used to justify why we are winning and put all the hard work that players did in the match aside.

Above all, i felt Thomas Muller did exaggerate his pain (However, After did some browsing on the net, they said Muller was pulling his teeth and assessing his mouth injury). In my opinion, Pepe deserved a red card. Why i said so? He should have been professional and walk away from the scene. Instead, he went back to Muller, head-butted and verbally abused him. If he didnt do that, He will be fine and maybe Portugal can still score 1 or 2 goals against Germany.

Anyway, A man of the Match is Thomas Muller (For being the only one to score freaking 3 goals).

2014 FIFA WORLD CUP

Germany Before. Germany Now. Germany Forever.

My heart is beating so fast and i cant breath properly right now. I cant wait for tonight match knowing my beloved Germany will face Portugal. I dont want to comment any damn thing whether germany has a chance to win or portugal might has a huge chance to defeat germany. In my opinion , it will be 50-50 (In my case, it will always be like that). I dont want to be overconfident.  In case you guys are wondering why i choose Germany, I had no idea either. It all started with my roommate who was uber crazy about FIFA. Since we went to Boarding school together, there is no way in hell, we could turn on the television whenever we want. We have to follow the television schedule. When FIFA match is being aired during the year of 2006, my friend falsified her MC and went home for 2 weeks just to watch football matches. Yes, she skipped school and classes but we just finished an important exam last year. It is not a big deal at all to cut her some slack. To cut short, I learned all of it from her. You can call it peer pressure or whatever but i think i found love in football and in Germany National Football Team. My craze towards football didnt stop at 2006. It grew passionately from Euro 2008, FIFA 2010, Euro 2012, and now FIFA 2014.

Sorry, This post is short. I just wanted to shout out support and cheer the hell up for Germany.
